As a Software Engineer, I was able to significantly expand my leadership and project management skills by taking an active role in leading a series of high-complexity national and international initiatives. I worked on the front line of high-complexity projects involving blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and NFT-based games, all connected to smart contracts using Solidity. Currently, I lead and support strategic technology consulting projects for large companies, deeply using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) to structure analyses, map processes, prepare executive presentations, and provide institutional clarity for technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, I also participate in corporate initiatives through the development of process automation solutions, using tools such as n8n and Selenium, reducing operational efforts, increasing operational efficiency to allow strategic areas to direct focus to higher importance activities.

I worked on the maintenance of e-commerces, business management platforms, and internal company initiatives, collaborating with structured development teams within a SCRUM model. I also contributed to the development, extension, and expansion of projects, building interactive, high-performance interfaces with good user experience (UX) with Next.js, as well as more structured APIs using NestJS with REST and GraphQL patterns. I also had the opportunity to work with many disruptive initiatives, developing browser extensions, ad management apps, web scraping, blockchain, and artificial intelligence.

I worked on the development of a complete delivery system, built from end to end, with interfaces for end customers and managers. The solution included marketplace views and simple management panels, allowing the operational management of the business (delivery people, routes, orders, etc.). The front-end was developed in React.js with styled-components, while the back-end was implemented in Node.js using Express. I also participated in the development of internal management software, covering the management of units, employees, and franchises, in addition to offering detailed financial views and several integrated features to support the operation. The solution was also developed with React.js and styled-components on the front-end, and Node.js with Express on the back-end. Throughout the development stages, I also participated in decision-making by the technology team, contributing my strategic vision to product evolution, definition of next steps, and alignment of technological solutions and processes involved.
